delivery dates for the first two contracts, AIDA ordered S.666 for completion

in 2008 so that one per year could be introduced to their passengers.

21 September 2005 Keel laid for newbuilding 666.

19 October 2007 Float out of S.666 from the building hall.

14 April 2008 Completion of S.666 at a total cost of US $390 million.

23 April 2008 German model Eva Padberg names AIDAbella in Warnemunde, Germany.  The

name was selected from a competition, and is intended to reflect the

inherent beauty of the ship's design.
